4 Months. 5”3. 150lbs - 136lbs. 
I decided I’d post the side view. Even though I feel it looks like I just lost a pound //sigh.
To remind myself that it is not a race. Small progress IS progress and even a bad week doesn’t destroy it at once. Sure it could have been faster. But faster wouldn’t mean I stayed that way. I rather have a long way with ups and down but stay happy instead of my previous doings that only left me miserable and alone.
